I stayed at Original Mamas Resort with a group of friends. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful valleys, offering a tranquil environment, but unfortunately, it was not kept clean despite repeated requests to improve cleanliness. My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not big, and there was no glass or water in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite the high price, the area where rabbits were roaming around right in front didn't sit well with me. However, the service, especially from Prachi, made sure all arrangements were well done, although some staff were on leave. The location was good but a bit away from the resort facilities, giving a feeling of living close to nature, yet the views towards the mountain side were not pleasing. The dining experience was average with limited options available till 9 am only. The pet animals show was a unique touch, particularly the parrots and pet dogs. The facilities were sufficient, and the cleanliness was up to mark.
