The hotel offers excellent views and a perfect location to sit back and relax. However, the rooms were disappointing with soiled bed sheets, torn duvet cover, and exposed mattress. The service was nice and friendly, especially for Room Service. The location, although surrounded by beautiful valleys, had some cleanliness issues. Overall, the hotel has its highs and lows, providing a mixed experience.
The hotel seemed promising with its surroundings close to nature and pet shows, but my room experience was disappointing with unclean bedding and broken equipment. The service was friendly but slow, and the dining could use improvement. Overall, the location was refreshing despite certain oddities.
The hotel offers a stunning view of the mountains but falls short on room size and upkeep. Service is a mix between pet-friendly and inefficient managing of check-ins. Despite being close to nature, cleanliness issues and lack of shelter from rain hamper the location. Dining experiences vary, with good and bad moments.
I stayed at Original Mamas Resort with a group of friends. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful valleys, offering a tranquil environment, but unfortunately, it was not kept clean despite repeated requests to improve cleanliness. The facility had some potential, but the unkempt surroundings took away from the experience.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not big, and there was no glass or water in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite the high price, the area where rabbits were roaming around right in front didn't sit well with me. However, the service, especially from Prachi, made sure all arrangements were well done, although some staff were on leave. The location was good but a bit away from the resort facilities, giving a feeling of living close to nature, yet the views towards the mountain side were not pleasing. The dining experience was average with limited options available till 9 am only. The pet animals show was a unique touch, particularly the parrots and pet dogs. The facilities were sufficient, and the cleanliness was up to mark.
